    • No responsibility will be accepted for errors of printed material or content in any form or product where the design was signed off or authorisation was given to continue with print in any other form or method.
    • Page One will not be held liable for any kind of loss due to errors.
    • Page One will only refund half of the cost of the printed material if Page One accepted responsibility of an error.
    • Please note pricing may change without prior notice.
    • All logo's and brand names are registered trademarks of their respective owners and are acknowledged as such.
    • All design work done by Page One or one of its Agents will remain the Property of Page One and it falls under the Copyright of Page One.
    • No designs done by Page One or one of its Agents may be used in any advertisement or print without the written permission from Page One.
  • Computer Stuff

    • PC and notebook orders placed and not collected within 7 days will be cancelled. A handling fee of 400.00 + VAT will be charged for all PC and Notebook cancellations
    • Terms of sale are Cash or electronic funds transfer only
    • Faulty equipment is to be returned to Page One Agents only
    • Rejection of quotation for repair will be charged at R300.00 + VAT
    • All items returned will only be accepted if the item is in a resalable condition, has all original packaging, all manuals, all original software and original invoice
    • No cash refunds will be made for credits passed
    • Component orders placed and not collected within 5 days will be cancelled
    • Backorder will be cancelled 5 days after completion of the order

  • Warranty Issues

    • All Media and Consumables do not carry any warranty.
    • All products carry a 12-month warranty. The warranty period is only calculated from original date of purchase
    • Page One does not collect or deliver warranties.
    • Notebook & UPS batteries only carry a 3 month warranty.
    • Items that can be repaired will not be swapped out, this will include all monitors, PSU's, cases, speakers, scanners, UPS's, CD-ROMs, DVD’s, CD-RW’s and stiffy drives.
    • The following will result in the warranty being void :
    • - Any physical Damage on the product - Any burn marks on the product - Missing serial number or any other original labels - If the items have been marked, written on or tampered with in any other way. - If the items have been mishandled, struck by lightning or experienced a power surge. - Items such as CPU's that have overheated due to incorrect use of fan, over clocking - No exceptions will be made.
    • If any item is defective and returned within 48 hours of purchase, it will be replaced after being tested and found to be faulty by the suppliers technician.
    • Page One will not be held responsible for cables, software, packaging or stands lost once booked in
    • Should your machine be booked in for repair, please ensure that your hard disk is backed up before sending your machine in to Page One.
    • Page One will not be held liable for any kind of data loss what-so-ever
    • Any repair time given by Page One is merely an estimate and Page One will not be bound by it.
    • All Lexmark printer warranties, please call Lexmark direct. Page One will not except any warranty printers.
    • For any out of warranty ups's, Sahara monitor's there will be a labour charge of R100 ex vat.parts excluded.
    • Any warranty seals, that have been tampered with or removed on any Pre-Build machine will be levied with a R150 labour charge
    • Fujitsu Notebook repairs is done by Let me repair only. All faulty stock to be taken directly to them
    • All LG product repairs is done by CRT. All faulty stock to be take directly to them
    • Under no circumstances will Page One load any unauthorised / pirate software on any system
    • According to ISO 13406-2 standard LCD monitors that have less than five dead pixels will not be swopped out. Warranty on products such benq, hp, Epson and canon must be taken to the appointed service centres.
